Oignon rice

Hi. I am going to post here a recipe that my mother taught me that is oignon rice.
You place in a pan olive oil, some, the rice (1 portion) and oignon (1 oignon) in slices. You let it fry until it becomes brown. Then you place 3 portions of boiling water for one portion of rice and you let it boil. When the water (with the fried oignon) starts to boil, you let it cook for about 10 minutes until it becomes cooked. You put the fire out and let it stay covered. That's it. It's a really great rice.
